3.2. Pre-orders are accepted with the understanding that payments will only be processed when stock is available.

4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. As we are located in Cape Town, we aim for delivery within 3-5 business days
4.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance or shipping service disruptions.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
5.2. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
5.3. If inspected the packaging or product appears to have been tampered with , no refund is possible. Please bear this in mind when raising a Return or Refund request.
